Today’s opening of the Magical Land exhibition at IN Gallery Vyšehrad felt like something out of a fairy tale — and out of the memory of the Sudetenland.
Each painting carries a piece of a story — quiet testimonies of a landscape that remembers both joy and loss, homes that remain silent yet still sing.
And then, in the morning, a message from the violin magician Jaroslav Svěcený — he might stop by and play. And indeed he did — he came, took up his violin, and the space filled with the magic of sound.
Martina Vítková’s words opened the exhibition with both tenderness and depth, the music made the walls tremble, and for a moment, everything was just as it should be — in the rhythm of art, light, and memory.
My heartfelt thanks to everyone for coming.
I’m looking forward to the guided tours on:
???? November 13 and December 3 – IN Gallery Vyšehrad.
