Dnešní vernisáž výstavy Čarokraj v IN galerii na Vyšehradě byla jako z pohádky i z paměti Sudet,
Každý obraz nese kousek příběhu – tichá svědectví krajiny, která pamatuje radost i ztrátu, domovy, které mlčí i zpívají.
A do toho ráno zpráva od houslového mága Jaroslava Svěceného – že by se možná stavil a zahrál. A skutečně – přišel, vzal do ruky housle a prostor se naplnil kouzlem tónů.
Slova Martiny Vítkové otevřela výstavu s jemností i hloubkou, hudba rozechvěla stěny a chvíli bylo všechno přesně tak, jak má být – v rytmu umění, světla a vzpomínek.

Success of Czech art at Sotheby's auction
The British auction house Sotheby's is a long-standing leader in the art market and regularly auctions the most famous works of art. In November it held one of its thematic auctions in Cologne, Germany. This auction, titled Modern & Contemporary Discoveries, focused on German and Central European paintings, drawings and prints.
The auction successfully auctioned works by classics of German painting, such as Emil Nolde's watercolour Sunflowers and red stoneware jug for 31,200 Euros, or the literally giant print (125 x 200 cm) Annunciation after Titian by one of the best-selling artists of today, Gerhard Richter, for 28,800 Euros.
The auction also included several living and non-living Czech artists. Here, an oil on canvas by Jaroslav Valečka "Lanterns of Happiness" was auctioned for 7,800 Euro. The painter replies: "I am certainly very pleased. First of all, I am pleased that I participated in this prestigious auction at Sotheby's for the fifth time in a row and that it was not just a one-off event. Moreover, it was also my new auction record."
